How do you clean your jumpies?

After we have picked up a jumpy/slide/combo etc., we inflate it, vacuum the interior paying special attention to the cracks and corners where hair, sand, and dirt tend to collect.  Then we spray the entire interior with a safe disinfectant  (Simple Green "D" Pro 3) and allow it to sit for several minutes.  We then scrub and wipe down all the areas that kids come into contact with.  The disinfectant kills fungus, viruses, and bacteria.  We then spot clean the exterior and inspect the unit.   

Do you deliver to parks?

Sorry but we do not.  All of our weekend rentals are for 2 days so we cannot deliver to parks.  We can occasionally deliver to a park during the week.

Can I put it in my front yard or driveway?

Yes, the units are too big and heavy to be taken once unrolled so front yards are okay.

What do I need to provide?

Just a space large enough to fit the unit and a place to plug it in to a standard outlet.  We carry long extension cords with us.

All Weekend Rentals…What do I need to do?

Please make sure your sprinklers are off. Please make sure to inflate the unit each morning and allow it to fully dry.  Please wipe it down if necessary. 

Will having it on my lawn all weekend kill my grass?

It has been our experience that lawns are usually not harmed.  However, we are not lawn care experts and we recommend that if this is a concern, you seek other advice or make sure to roll the unit up when not in use.

My driveway or yard has a slight incline, is that okay?

Yes, as long as it is only slight. 

What if it gets dirty?

We expect that each unit will get a little dirty and that’s okay!  We will clean it at no charge to you.  If it gets excessively dirty or muddy, we ask that you please clean it or you may be subject to a $50 cleaning fee.  You can clean it with any mild household cleaner such as Simple Green or an equivalent product. 

Can I cancel and get a refund if it looks like it will rain?

Yes, if within 48 hours of the delivery there is a greater than 50% chance of rain on either Saturday or Sunday as predicted by www.weather.com, you may cancel and get a full refund.  There are no refunds once you have accepted delivery.

What if it rains once I have take delivery?

Don’t worry, that happens.  We recommend not using the unit when its wet because it becomes extremely slippery and can be dangerous.  If the rain is light with little wind you may be able to continue using the unit as the interior may stay dry.  Use your judgment.  Its all about safety. If it rains hard, we recommend shutting off the blower and deflating the unit.  When the rain stops, just blow it back up and dry the inside with a towel.

What if it gets windy?

Never use the jumpy or keep it inflated in high winds.  It can flip over.  Deflate the unit and wait until its safe.

What if the unit loses power?

Get all occupants out immediately

How many children can be in the unit?

We allow a maximum of 8 children from 2-8 years old or 6 children from 9-12 years old in a unit but that may be too many depending on the children and circumstances.  Please use your judgment as to a safe number of users.  Too many children or mis-matched children can create a dangerous situation.
